LES FCBE CONDAMNENT L’ÉVALUATION DES ENSEIGNANTS
C’est à travers un communiqué que le parti de l’opposition dénonce la décision du Chef de l’Etat de soumettre les enseignants à une évaluation. Les membres du parti attire l’attention sur la volonté de Patrice Talon de mettre aux chômages de milliers de personnes
Le mardi 23 juillet 2019, le Chef de l’État, Son Excellence Monsieur Patrice TALON, a reçu au Palais de la Marina, les Centrales et Confédérations syndicales, pour évoquer des sujets concernant le système éducatif béninois. Les échanges se sont focalisés sur l’évaluation diagnostique à laquelle le Président de la République tient à soumettre les enseignants reversés de la promotion 2008.
Le métier de l’enseignement est un sacerdoce qui requiert un cadre adéquat dans lequel l’enseignant assure la transmission de la connaissance aux apprenants en milieu scolaire. C’est dans un environnement pas reluisant que la promotion 2008 des enseignants reversés exécutent leur mission depuis plus de dix années, avec à la clé, une bonne expérience professionnelle et des résultats perfectibles. Cette amélioration tant souhaitée dans le domaine de l’éducation nationale en proie au manque d’effectif, sera plutôt le résultat des travaux d’inspection de classe et autres formations périodiques, que d’une évaluation visant à réduire des milliers d’autres Béninois au chômage.
Depuis avril 2016, notre pays est au jour le jour confronté au mercantilisme dans tous les secteurs d’activité ; même les secteurs régaliens ne sont pas épargnés. La notion de société d’intérim introduite dans l’arsenal juridique de notre pays est la raison de cet acharnement sur les reversés de la promotion 2008.
Le parti FCBE condamne cette volonté manifeste du Chef de l’État et de son gouvernement, de mettre au chômage des milliers de compatriotes sous le fallacieux prétexte d’une évaluation diagnostique.
Le parti FCBE tient à rassurer les enseignants de son indéfectible soutien dans cette nouvelle lutte pour la préservation de leur emploi.
Le parti FCBE exhorte enfin les enseignants ainsi que tous les autres corps de métier à la résistance afin de barrer la voie à l’imposture et à la désorganisation de notre système éducatif.
