Le top sera donné pour les journées OHADA BORDEAUX à partir de ce 20 Juin, à 14h avec les différentes rencontres institutionnelles marquées essentiellement par l’accueil et la réception de la délégation officielle de la République du Bénin à la mairie de Bordeaux par le maire Nicolas Florian.
À 16h, les rencontres d’affaires avec à la clé, l’accueil et la réception des entreprises de France et du Bénin en présence de la délégation de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie du Bénin, les membres du corps diplomatique en France et du Conseil des Investisseurs Privés du Bénin
À 20h, les rencontres dites fraternelles autour d’un diner de gala et d’une cérémonie de remise du prix Madiba à M. Dorothé Cossi SOSSA, pour son engagement et ses actons en faveur du droit OHADA
La journée du vendredi où il sera question de parler du Droit OHADA et du cadre d’investissement au Bénin s’ouvrira par les discours d’ouverture dont entre autres ceux de M. Jérôme DIROU, Bâtonnier de Bordeaux ; M. Yvon DETCHENOU, Bâtonnier du Bénin et M.Sévérin QUENUM, Garde des Sceaux, Ministre de la Justice et de la Législation du Bénin et Représentant Officiel de la République Bénin.
Quatre ateliers vont se tenir le 21juin…
Le premier sur le Cadre Juridico-légal de l’investissement au Bénin et les garanties de l’État de Droit avec M. Johannes DAGNON, Conseiller Spécial à la Présidence de la République du Bénin; Me Maximin ASSOGBA et Me Thibeault SAINT-MARTIN.
Le deuxième atelier, sur le commerce numérique et le droit OHADA qui sera conduit par Me Désiré AIHOU,Conseiller au Ministère de l’économie et des Finances, Me Luciano HOUNKPONOU, Avocat au Barreau du Bénin, Me Lisanne CHAMBERLAND-POULIN, Avocat au Barreau de Bordeaux et Me Félicité Esther ZEIFMAN, Avocat au Barreau de Paris
Le Troisième atelier d’une heure également tiendra sur le contentieux des investissements dans l’espace OHADA avec la présence dans le panel d’un seul béninois M.Cyrile DJIKUI, Avocat au Barreau du Bénin et ancien Bâtonnier.
Le Quatrième atelier se fera sur la présentation des chefs d’entreprises des Projets d’investissement franco-béninois
