Un nouveau système d’arnaque comme on en a l’habitude en Afrique ayant porté ses fruits au Togo? Il semblerait bien qu’au terme d’une année les fruits n’aient pas tenu la promesse des fleurs. Ayant proposé deux système d’abonnements, ceux inscrits au compte marchand se mobilisent pour rentrer en possession de leur fonds. Ils ont adressé une lettre au Directeur Général de ladite structure dans laquelle ils menacent d’ouvrir une action en justice afin d’obtenir réparation.
Aucune réaction pour le moment de la part des responsables qui se doivent de faire un point de la situation et de rassurer les populations qui leur ont fait confiance.
