COMPÉTITION PANAFRICAINE DE ROBOTIQUES 03 AU 06 JUILLET…
Pour un total de 20 pays, le BéninBotOfficiel est la seule équipe africaine présente dans toutes les quatre catégories, de cette compétition panafricaine le Pan-African Robotics Competition_ PARC 2019 dont le Makers league, Stars league,Tech league, Engineers league, qui se déroule à Accra au Ghana.
Chaque league a une mission donnée explique le capitaine de l’équipe, mais tout tourne autour des systèmes pour créer une smart city en apportant des solutions aux problèmes quotidiens. Ainsi, pour le compte de la journée du 04-07-2019, les deux leagues Makers et Engineers ont présenté leurs projets.

Tout se passe pour le mieux par ici rassure la coach de l’équipe Micrette Touhougnan qui interpelle néanmoins les autorités sur leur responsabilité à accompagner les efforts déjà fournis elle le dit en en ces termes : << Nos équipes ne sont pas au complet mais malgré ça nous faisons de notre mieux pour révéler le pays. Notre vœu est que les autorités et les structures intervenant dans ce domaine s’y intéressent et nous encouragent…. >>
La phase de stars et Tech est prévue pour ce 05 Juillet 2019 et chaque équipe avec ses kits robotiques souligne t-elle continuera à assembler un robot pour exercer des tâches qui font l’objet de la compétition et l’annotation se fera par cumul de points…
L’équipe béninoise de robotique « BeninBotOfficiel » créée en 2017 par « FemCoders Robotics » porte les couleurs nationales dans cette compétition panafricaine après avoir été classée première d’Afrique et septième au niveau mondial sur 163 équipes au « First Global Challenge » tenu à Washington DC aux États-Unis en 2017 ainsi que le prix du meilleur mentor en robot exceptionnel décerné à Rachel Orumor (fondatrice de FemCoders Robotique) au First Global Challenge en 2018 au Mexique.
