BENIN : LISTE DEFINITIVE DES PHARMACIENS AUTORISÉS À EXERCER AU TITRE DE L’ANNEE 2021
L’Ordre National des Pharmaciens du Bénin rend disponible par un document signé de sa Présidente Sylvie Chantal ALLADAYE PADONOU la liste définitive des pharmaciens autorisés à exercer au titre de l’année2021… Toute personne n’y figurant pas se trouve ainsi dans l’exercice illégal et tomberait sous le coup de la loi. Cette liste des personnes inscrites au tableau de l’Ordre est établie conformément au DÉCRET N° 2019 – 500 DU 13 novembre 2019 portant organisation et fonctionnement de L’Ordre National des Pharmaciens du Bénin et
l’article 29 dispose que « Nul ne peut exercer la profession de Pharmacien au Bénin s’il n’est inscrit au tableau de l’Ordre. Aucun pharmacien ne peut appartenir à plus d’une section de l’Ordre à la fois.’’ Egalement, conformément à l’Article 28 du même décret il est écrit que : Les pharmaciens regroupés sous l’Ordre national des pharmaciens du Bénin sont inscrits sur un tableau comportant trois (3) sections identifiées comme suit dans le tableau en bas d’article…
Il est à rappeler que figurent au tableau, les pharmaciens étant à jour de leur cotisation de 2020 et 2021 comme l’exige l’article 41 du Décret 2019-500 et qui stipule que « Le Conseil national fixe les taux de cotisation annuelles obligatoires et des divers frais ainsi que les modalités de leur recouvrement. Les cotisations annuelles obligatoires sont payées au plus tard le 31 Mars de chaque année civile. Le non paiement de la cotisation annuelle après une mise en demeure par le président du Conseil national restée sans effet pendant 30 Jours constitue une faute disciplinaire… Ainsi comme prévue réglementairement, une lettre de mise en demeure documentée par la Rédaction de Reporter Bénin Monde aux Références (Ref: 082-04/2021/CNOPB/P/SE) avec comme objet Mise en demeure pour le non paiement de la cotisation ordinale 2021 a été envoyée le 01er Avril doublée après d’une note d’information(N°007/2021) les y invitant à nouveau à la suite des résolutions prises lors de l’assemblée générale des Pharmaciens tenue le Jeudi 22 Avril 2021.
Attendu pour Mai 2021, c’est en Aout 2021 que le tableau sera finalement édité par l’Ordre…

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said « You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. » She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
