Nous sommes convenus que la décrispation politique est indispensable à la paix durable dans notre cité commune afin d’assurer notre vivre ensemble, la concorde et la cohésion nationale. Ce n’est pas une affaire TALON-YAYI mais la question est plutôt de savoir que faire pour que nos concitoyens savourent la joie, le plaisir et le consensus pour affronter les défis et chocs intérieurs et extérieurs auxquels le pays reste confronté, en particulier lors des consultations électorales ces trois dernières années. Dans cette perspective, il y a lieu de prendre dans un bref délai les mesures de salut national ci après:
A- Mettre fin à toutes les arrestations politiques et d’opinion pour permettre à tous nos compatriotes réfugiés récemment à l’étranger de rentrer chez eux.
B- Libérer tous les détenus politiques dont entre autres nos compatriotes Madame la ministre Reckyath Madougou et le Professeur Joël Aïvo candidats recalés à la dernière Présidentielle. Bien évidemment, le cas de nombreux jeunes en souffrance dans nos prisons ne nous a pas échappés.
C- Puiser dans l’arsenal institutionnel idoine afin de favoriser le retour sans délai dans la mère Patrie de tous les exilés politiques condamnés ou non. Les plus célèbres sont connus Mesdames et Messieurs Fatoumata Djibril , Sébastien Ajavon, Komi Koutché, Valentin Djenontin, Lehady Soglo, Simplice CODJO, Léonce Houngbadji, etc.
D- Institutionnaliser une concertation périodique avec les Anciens Présidents et autres sages de la société civile pour prévenir toute crise susceptible de remettre en cause notre démocratie, la paix et notre vivre ensemble au sein de notre Communauté.
E- Ouvrir une concertation avec la classe politique en vue de discuter des questions politiques, sources de crispation sociale et d’éviter toutes formes d’exclusion.
F- En définitive, à situations exceptionnelles, mesures exceptionnelles. La crispation politique et ses conséquences sociales ont une cause. Elle est politique. Il faut donc une solution Politique pour juguler cette crise politique.
G- Ma requête est celle du Président SOGLO et de tout un peuple. Il appartient au Président TALON de prendre en urgence une décision historique et patriotique pour le bien de la Nation, l’intérêt général, ce qui permettra, aux filles et fils du Bénin, d’apporter leurs pierres à l’édification de notre Grand et Beau pays.
H- Enfin, le Dialogue pour empêcher les morts est préférable qu’attendre les morts avant de dialoguer. Que le Père Céleste bénisse notre Patrie commune.
