Le samedi treize avril prochain est la date choisie par le bureau syndical du grand syndicat des enseignants , qui a pour vocation le travail et le patriotisme , pour son premier congrès ordinaire.
Né le 12 mars 2014 dans un but bien précis , ce creuset de défense des intérêts des enseignants a connu un parcours élogieux et glorieux. Toujours présent et très actif dans les différentes luttes qui ont pour but l’amélioration de la condition de vie et de travail des enseignants, le SYNETRAP-BÉNIN , s’est donné en plus une particularité dans le monde syndical à travers le contact répété et répétitif avec ses membres , la prise en compte de leurs préoccupations , la recherche perpétuelle des solutions pour une satisfaction rapide. Une telle démarche hors paire , dans la pluralité et la multiplicité des syndicats dans le sous secteur de l’enseignement primaire , est une réussite grâce à la clairvoyance des hommes qui sont à la tête de ce syndicat. Carlos Honoré HOUNGUÈ est honoré le premier secrétaire général de SYNETRAP-BÉNIN depuis 5 ans. Collé au respect des textes de cet organe de lutte , il va conduire ses syndiqués au premier congrès ordinaire le samedi prochain dont le thème est : L’EXERCICE DU DROIT SYNDICAL EN RÉPUBLIQUE DU BÉNIN D’AUJOURD’HUI.
Ce thème , bien d’actualité permettra aux congressistes de passer au scanner les problèmes qui entravent l’évolution des luttes et la satisfaction des doléances en vue de proposer des nouvelles stratégies de lutte les jours à venir.
Annoncés pour être des milliers à ce congrès , les congressistes n’ont pas de soucis à se faire. L’organisation est d’une qualité exceptionnelle et la sécurité des personnes et des biens a bénéficié d’une attention particulière.
Tous les enseignants sont donc invités à cette fête entre camarades à la bourse du travail le samedi prochain.
