Le Chili en plein cœur d’un mouvement d’humeur ayant cause les contestations sur les inégalités sociales ne pourra plus être hôte. Sébastian Pinera, Président du Chili affirme que son pays en raison des tensions en cours ne pourra plus accueillir le rendez vous sur le climat ni d’ailleurs le sommet du forum de coopération économique Asie Pacifique APEC sensé se tenir en Novembre.
La communauté internationale reste ainsi en attente et s’interroge sur les options qui s’offrent dont soit le pur report à l’an prochain ou le choix d’une nouvelle date pour un nouveau pays d’accueil.
Patricia Espinosa, Secrétaire Exécutive de la CNUCC a annoncé être entrain d’explorer de nouvelles options d’accueil…
