ESMER ACADEMY OUTILLE LES PROFESSEURS EN ELECTRONIQUE DES LYCÉES DU BÉNIN…
ESMER ACADEMY, l’incubateur/accélérateur de l’Ecole Supérieure des Métiers des Énergies Renouvelables (ESMER) a procédé au renforcement de capacités des enseignants en électronique des lycées du Bénin. C’était le Jeudi 22 Août 2019 à travers une formation qui s’est déroulée dans les locaux de ESMER ACADEMY. Ils sont venus des lycées tels que : Le lycée Technique de Ouidah, Lycée Technique de Kpondéhou, Don Bosco de Zogbo, Lycée technique ASBA, Lycée technique de Lokossa, Lycée industriel de Porto-Novo, Lycée technique d’Amitié Sino-Béninoise d’Akassato à Abomey-Calavi. La formation a été lancée par le Ministre de l’enseignement secondaire, technique et de la formation professionnelle, Professeur Mahougnon KAKPO.
Pour le porte-parole des bénéficiaires, Monsieur Henri AZAGBA, cette initiative leur a permis de sortir de leur cadre habituel de travail pour découvrir d’autres aspects de leur domaine. Il a profité de l’occasion pour remercier le promoteur de l’ESMER, Monsieur Félix Comlan EBO.
Emerveillé par la qualité des infrastructures et l’investissement, le Ministre Mahougnon KAKPO a salué le Promoteur de l’ESMER grâce à qui ladite formation a été possible.
« Cette école de formation technique spécialisée en énergie solaire contribue à travers la formation de ces enseignants, à l’orientation des jeunes vers les métiers pratiques » avoue le ministre.
« Je constate que mes enseignants sont en instance d’immersion sur le site de ESMER ACADEMY. Cela ne peut que me rendre heureux. Vous comprenez donc que l’émotion qui m’anime n’est que celle surtout qui me porte à dire que nous sommes sur la bonne voie. La voie de la technologie pour que le sous secteur de la l’enseignement et de la formation technique et professionnelle puisse effectivement démarrer à partir de la rentrée prochaine » s’est-il réjoui.
Le Ministre a saisi l’occasion pour solliciter Monsieur Félix Comlan EBO à offrir l’opportunité à son département ministériel de faire former les apprenants détenteurs du Certificat d’Aptitude Professionnel (CAP) en technique sur trois ans afin d’être vite opérationnels.
A son tour, le Président-Fondateur de ESMER ACADEMY, Monsieur Félix Comlan EBO a rassuré l’autorité. Il estime que c’est un début de partenariat entre l’ESMER, ESMER ACADEMY et le Ministère l’enseignement secondaire, technique et de la formation professionnelle pour redynamiser le secteur.
« On reste disponible à apporter ce que nous avons pour donner plus de compétences aux formateurs. Car, la formation ici est un peu de niveau plus élevé et on fait aussi des formations continues pour les jeunes du domaine » a précisé le Président-Fondateur de ESMER ACADEMY, Monsieur Félix Comlan EBO.
Durant la journée d’immersion, les participants ont visité les différents laboratoires et le vaste champ solaire de ce centre de formation nationale et régionale.

Après le lancement de la formation, le ministre a procédé à la visite de l’école. Un centre équipé en engins de production d’énergie naturelle.
